This balsamic roasted strawberry galette is the perfect summer dessert. Fresh sweet strawberries and flaky buttery crust with added depth of flavor is hard to beat. To me, a galette is superior to a pie. Mainly because pie crust can be fussy, my edge designs never stay pretty when I par or blind bake, etc….
