Preheat your oven to 350°F
Using a food processor, crush cookies into crumbs and dump into a bowl.
Add sugar, salt, and melted butter and stir together. Mixture will become a damp sandy texture.
Pour into an 8-9" pie dish and press into an even layer on bottoms and sides.
Bake your crust in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
In a medium-large bowl, add your cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
Add your sweetened condensed milk and rum, and mix until combined.
Add in thawed strawberry daiquiri mix and incorporate into the wet ingredients.
Add your cool whip and fold in using a spatula until smooth.
Add filling to your cooled pie crust. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Serve directly from freezer. Optionally, top with additional strawberries and/or whipped cream before serving. Will keep in the freezer up to a week uncovered.
